Brandon Lock

Brandon Lock is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. He represents real estate owners, investors, developers, and capital providers in connection with commercial real estate transactions across a range of asset classes.

Brandon’s practice includes acquisitions and dispositions of single assets and portfolios, real estate joint ventures, preferred equity investments, and debt financings, including mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans. He also advises on development and constructions matters, ground leases, commercial leasing arrangements, and other agreements affecting the ownership, development, financing, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.

Brandon assists clients through the life cycle of a transaction, including transaction structuring, due diligence, title and survey review, negotiations and preparation of transaction documents, closing coordination, and post-closing matters. His work involves identifying and helping resolve issues that may affect a property’s ownership, use, development, operations, financing, or exit.
