Jennifer McCoy

Jennifer McCoy is an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Boston office. Jennifer advises investment managers on regulatory compliance and the formation and operation of mutual funds, registered closed-end funds (including exchange funds), private funds, and separate accounts.

Her practice includes counseling clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, such as repurchase and derivatives documentation, ESG considerations, marketing materials, CFTC and broker-dealer compliance, and drafting and reviewing documentation for fund formation and ongoing operations.
