Erin McGuire

Erin McGuire is an associate in the Insurance Recovery Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Washington D.C. office. Erin represents policyholders in insurance-related matters, assisting in securing and maximizing coverage under a variety of policies.

Before joining Haynes Boone, Erin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Erin received her J.D., with highest honors, from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from American University. Upon graduation from GW Law, she received the Jennie Hassler Walburn award for excellence in the area of civil procedure.
