Remya Menon
Remya Menon is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Remya represents business entities and financial institutions in an array of commercial and corporate finance transactions. Her practice focuses on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing, subscription secured finance, real estate secured facilities, senior debt financing, mezzanine lending and other large corporate credit facilities.
Before joining Haynes Boone, Remya received her law degree from Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, Remya worked as a legal extern in the Office of the Corporate Secretary and the Securities group for The Coca-Cola Company.
- Assisted in the representation of a multinational financial services company as administrative agent in a $100 million syndicated credit facility to a climate infrastructure focused private equity firm.
- Assisted in the representation of a U.S. manufacturing company in a $150 million syndicated credit facility in connection with a corporate restructuring.
- Assisted in the representation of agents, lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit transactions involving revolving credit facilities, term loans, and acquisition financings.
- Assisted in the representation of various borrowers in numerous senior and subordinated financings and real estate financings.
