Remya Menon

Remya Menon is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Remya represents business entities and financial institutions in an array of commercial and corporate finance transactions. Her practice focuses on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing, subscription secured finance, real estate secured facilities, senior debt financing, mezzanine lending and other large corporate credit facilities.

Before joining Haynes Boone, Remya received her law degree from Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, Remya worked as a legal extern in the Office of the Corporate Secretary and the Securities group for The Coca-Cola Company.
