Biography

Steven Moglovkin’s practice involves the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured working capital lines of credit, acquisition and leveraged financings, and other commercial loans. Steven also has extensive experience as in house counsel at a global real estate company where he drafted and negotiated real estate outsourcing agreements and other complex service agreements.

Steven’s representation of lenders includes representation of a global banking institution as lead agent in a $2.5 billion multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional capital commitment subscription-secured credit facility for a global real estate investment management firm and representation of a national banking institution as lead agent, swing line lender and letter of credit issuer in a $500 million unsecured syndicated credit facility for a national home builder. Steven’s representation of borrowers includes representation of companies in a variety of industries, including automotive and construction.

Steven is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
