Biography
Miles Moody is an associate in the White Collar and Investigations Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office. Miles is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in healthcare law, representing hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and nationwide healthcare clients in complex disputes.
Miles’s practice includes handling contract disputes, HIPAA compliance matters, medical malpractice issues, State AG and DOJ‑related antitrust investigations, FTC investigations, False Claims Act and Anti‑Kickback inquiries and lawsuits, and breach‑of‑contract actions involving national insurance payors. Miles has also served as primary litigation counsel in multidistrict matters and routinely manages investigations, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and settlements to protect clients’ interests.
