Shayna Goldblatt Proler
Biography
As counsel in Haynes Boone's Appellate Section, Shayna Goldblatt Proler focuses on high-stakes appeals in state and federal courts. Drawing on her experience at an elite litigation boutique and two federal clerkships, she crafts compelling, concise briefs with an eye towards helping busy courts resolve complex issues.
Beyond written work, Shayna embeds with trial teams to strengthen clients' appellate positions from the outset.
She also serves clients by presenting oral argument and routinely helping prepare others to argue at podiums across the nation.
Shayna’s contributions have been recognized by colleagues and peers through rising-star-type awards and opportunities, both in writing and in person, to share her experience.
Inspired by her service-minded mentors, Shayna gives back to the legal community by mentoring aspiring judicial law clerks and junior appellate colleagues. As a proud graduate of Tel Aviv University, she champions the university as a member of the American Friends of Tel Aviv University’s Alumni Committee.
