Martin Pugsley
Martin Pugsley is a partner in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice group of Haynes and Boone’s London office.
His practice focuses on debt capital markets and has extensive cross-border finance experience having worked in London, Rome and Milan.
Martin previously was the London-based Global Head of the Financial Services Sector at international firm DWF. Prior to DWF, Martin was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Milan, where he was head of banking (Italy). His international finance practice focuses on debt capital markets (listed bonds, EMTN programmes), corporate finance, and alternative investments, including SPACs.
Martin has been ranked in Chambers Global (Banking), Chambers and Partners, from 2017 to 2021 and is stated to be “proficient in handling securitisations, acquisition finance and asset finance transactions."
