Johanna Reimann

Johanna Reimann is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the London office of Haynes Boone.

Her practice focuses on capital markets and securities matters, including initial public offerings, accelerated bookbuilds, block trades, and follow-on offerings. She also advises on public and private M&A transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining, Johanna worked as a corporate litigation paralegal at an international law firm.
