Josh Roth

Josh Roth is an associate in the White Collar and Investigations Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Josh joined the firm after completing his clerkship with District Judge Brian M. Cogan. His practice focuses on government investigations, antitrust matters, and complex commercial disputes.

Before law school, Josh served in the U.S. Army, including as a special agent with the Army Criminal Investigation Division. In that role, he conducted investigations, examined physical and digital evidence, prepared and executed search warrants, and supervised other special agents. His federal judicial clerkship, investigative experience, and operational background inform his practical approach to government investigations and litigation.
