Bibiana Schindler

Bibiana Schindler is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Bibiana’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, product liability defense, mass tort matters, and other high-stakes civil disputes in federal and state courts, including coordinated multi-district and multi-county litigation. She represents businesses, manufacturers, retailers, and other corporate clients through all stages of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Bibiana has experience managing complex litigation matters, including high-volume product liability and mass tort cases. She regularly handles legal research, motion practice, discovery strategy, depositions, and trial preparation. Her background includes coordinating large-scale discovery efforts, drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, preparing mediation statements, and supporting trial teams in complex disputes. She has also worked extensively with litigation support teams to efficiently manage large case inventories and advance client objectives.
