Biography
Del Schunk is an attorney in the Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's New York office. Del’s practice focuses on representing clients in sophisticated financial transactions and advising on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. He has experience assisting emerging entities with formation, drafting governing documents, and obtaining tax-exempt status, as well as supporting established organizations with corporate finance, employment law, and real estate transactions.
His legal background includes internships with the Pro Se Legal Assistance Program in the Eastern District of New York, guardianship research at the Livingston Center for Children, Families and the Law, and experience in title insurance and personal injury law.
