Wheeler Sears

Wheeler Sears is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Wheeler’s experience includes drafting amendments to complex credit agreements and purchase and sale agreements, as well as analyzing Uniform Commercial Code filings to assess the viability of property as collateral. He has also researched legal developments affecting the financial services industry and drafted agreements for prospective borrowers and outside counsel.

Wheeler Sears received his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as articles editor of the SMU Law Review. He received his B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
