Kayla Shojai

Kayla Shojai is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Orange County office.

Kayla’s practice focuses on complex business litigation. She contributes to the development of legal strategies and preparation of key documents in a variety of civil matters.

Kayla earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, Kayla received five Faculty Awards (highest performance in course) as well as two Dean’s Awards (second-highest performance in course) for her academic performance. In addition, Kayla served as a Notes Editor on the UC Irvine Law Review.
