Biography

Allen Shumunov is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in Haynes Boone's New York office. His practice focuses on capital markets, securities, and general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Allen earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review and received the Otto L. Walter Distinguished Writing Award.
