Nicole represents clients in patent litigation and intellectual property protection, advising companies across industries that include semiconductors, data center technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. She develops and executes both offensive and defensive litigation strategies, managing all aspects of case preparation from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, expert coordination, and trial support.
