Biography

Nicole Sims is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office. Nicole represents clients in patent litigation and intellectual property protection, advising companies across industries that include semiconductors, data center technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. She develops and executes both offensive and defensive litigation strategies, managing all aspects of case preparation from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, expert coordination, and trial support.

Drawing on years of experience representing global companies in high‑stakes disputes, Nicole offers practical guidance rooted in a deep understanding of both technology and litigation dynamics. She also maintains long‑standing volunteer roles focused on community service, legal access, and charitable support, and participates in professional organizations dedicated to advancing the Texas legal community.
