Tyler Tufano Sisca

Tyler Tufano Sisca is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Tyler’s experience includes researching regulatory developments affecting commercial lenders, analyzing agency enforcement decisions, and conducting due diligence in connection with fund finance transactions. He also has experience supporting trademark portfolio management and internal audit matters.

Tyler received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. He received his B.S. in accounting and information systems, cum laude, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
