Biography
Joy Su is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
Joy advises financial institutions and investment managers on a wide range of complex structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on secured credit facilities and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Her practice also covers fund finance, including subscription credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, and hybrid facilities.
She also supports clients on buy‑side derivatives matters, including ISDA master agreements, trade confirmations, and repurchase agreements (MRAs).
