Lawson Sumler is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office.
Lawson assists clients with matters related to public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, periodic reporting compliance and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance with New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq listing standards.
