Matthew Treiber
Biography
Matthew Treiber is an associate in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Matthew’s practice focuses on insurance recovery and commercial litigation, including disputes involving insurers’ duties to defend and indemnify, allocation issues, and bad-faith claims.
He assists clients throughout litigation, from initial case analysis and pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation, representing corporate policyholders in complex coverage matters involving primary and excess insurance. His experience also includes commercial disputes, arbitrations, internal investigations, and risk and compliance matters arising in corporate transactions.
