Amelia Ver Woert

Amelia Ver Woert is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.

Amelia assists clients with matters related to public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, periodic reporting compliance and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance with New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq listing standards.

Amelia received her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor and Article Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review.
