Caroline Vickers
Biography
Caroline Vickers is an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s London office.
Her practice focuses on advising founders of early-stage companies on fundraising rounds and general corporate matters; as well as advising fund managers on fund formation and management mandates, and assisting venture capital, private equity and corporate clients on all aspects of primary and secondary investments and divestments.

- Advising institutional investors, family offices and corporates on primary and secondary investments.
