Devon Villarreal

Devon Villarreal is counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone's Boston office. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving telecommunications, insurance, intellectual property, employment discrimination, consumer protection, fraudulent transfer, contract, and tort claims.

Devon develops litigation strategy, drafts dispositive motions and appellate briefs, leads fact and expert discovery, and provides practical counsel to clients. She has argued dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and handled matters in state and federal courts, and is a mentor for junior lawyers.
