Danny Wang

Danny Wang is an associate in Haynes Boone’s Finance Practice Group in the New York office. Danny represents lenders, borrowers and other financing participants on structured finance and fund finance matters, including securitization-related transactions, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), warehouse lending facilities, asset-back lending facilities, subscription lines, management fee lines, net asset value facilities and margin lending.
