Chloe Warnberg
Biography
Chloe Warnberg is an associate in the Appellate Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Houston office. She represents clients across a wide range of industries in federal and state court. In addition to drafting appellate briefs, Chloe contributes to high-stakes litigation by supporting trial teams with strategic legal briefing. With a sharp analytic approach and broad subject-matter fluency, Chloe helps shape persuasive arguments at every stage of litigation.
Before starting at Haynes Boone, Chloe had the privilege of clerking for United States District Judge Lee H. Rosenthal (S.D. Tex.) and United States Circuit Judge Catharina Haynes (5th Cir.). Chloe graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2022.
