Connor Wiseman
Biography
Connor Wiseman is an associate in the Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Charlotte office. His practice focuses on leveraged finance transactions, representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. Connor assists clients throughout the deal process, including drafting and negotiating loan and collateral documents, coordinating closings, and managing post-closing obligations.
He works on a variety of financing structures, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, and asset-based lending arrangements. Connor is involved in reviewing due diligence materials, preparing UCC filings, and ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
