Dr. Linda Yen is a patent agent in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Haynes Boone’s Palo Alto office.
Linda handles patent strategy and portfolio management, patent application drafting, and is experienced in intellectual property due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses. Topics of expertise include nucleic acid synthesis and sequencing, large molecule therapeutics, and vaccines. Prior to Haynes Boone, Linda was a patent agent at a law firm, where she built and managed complex patent portfolios for clients of all sizes and provided support on a variety of litigation matters.
