Most projects will experience delay and contracts provide a variety of remedies in this respect, the most severe of which is termination. This talk will consider the circumstances in which it is possible to terminate for delay, covering the law and practice in onshore and offshore construction contracts. This will include looking at some of the most common standard form contracts as well as relevant case law.
