Menta Education Group is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven legal professional to serve as its inaugural General Counsel in a primarily remote capacity, with periodic travel to Chicago. The General Counsel will play a critical leadership role in advancing Menta’s mission by providing strategic, organization-wide legal guidance to the Board of Directors, CEO, and executive team. As the organization’s chief legal officer, this individual will bring a broad-based legal background—ideally spanning nonprofit governance, employment law, regulatory compliance, contracts, and education law—and apply it in a way that supports both operational excellence and long-term strategic growth.
