As Legal Counsel, North America for Charlotte Tilbury you will report directly to the AVP, Head of Legal, North America. You will provide legal support in North America and also support on an ad hoc basis with Latin America delivering to the business the very highest standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance, whilst supporting the business with its international growth.

You will support with negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts relating to retailers (bricks & mortar and e-commerce), creative services, VIP and talent, partnerships, sponsorship, endorsements, IP licences, procurement framework agreements and statements of work across all functions (e.g., supply chain, store design, visual merchandising, events, etc.).  You will also be responsible for advising on marketing campaigns across all media, product packaging, brand and product collaboration and consumer law, including but not limited to FTC endorsement and green guides, FDA MoCRA and regional data privacy compliance.

As required, you will assist other areas of the business and legal team on a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, digital and technology (including AI).  

You will also support the legal team to develop and enhance effective working processes with the business to ensure that the business’ objectives are achieved within appropriate timescales and with the relevant stakeholder approval.

The Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property within the Brands and Content IP team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development and global expansion initiatives.
