The Sanders Firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to assist with a growing commercial litigation docket, with a particular emphasis on oil and gas matters. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for an attorney with significant litigation experience who is interested in an Of Counsel, part-time, contract, or hybrid arrangement. A full-time associate role may also be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will primarily include legal research, drafting, and written discovery. The arrangement, workload, and structure are flexible and negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and availability. Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to serve as the principal legal advisor for its U.S. and Canada Market Company and as a member of the U.S. and Canada Market Leadership Team. Based in Denton, Texas, this role will provide strategic legal guidance across commercial operations, manufacturing, engineering, construction, procurement, innovation, sustainability, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, and corporate governance matters.
The Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with business teams across the U.S. and Canada, as well as regional and global Legal Affairs colleagues. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal risks and compliance, managing litigation and outside counsel, supporting labor and employment matters, and serving as corporate secretary for U.S. Tetra Pak entities.
