The Commercial Transactions Counsel will report to the General Counsel and be an integral member of the legal team providing support to the Atlantic Aviation operations and business development teams. You will experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with your business clients, interact with customers, vendors, and internal clients of the company and manage outside counsel in providing sound business judgment to solve the needs of the business.
