Haynes and Boone recently presented Parts 1 and 2 of a webinar series on this topic and is now presenting a third, complimentary webinar to address additional issues and challenges employers now face as well as the best practices for employers to both avoid and navigate pandemic-related litigations, investigations and complaints.
