As the federal government seeks to open up America and local governments consider easing restrictions, employers face the next COVID-19 challenge – safely reopening the workplace. Haynes and Boone’s Labor and Employment Practice Group is presenting a complimentary webinar addressing both how to manage increased crowding in the workplace as employees return to work and how to onboard new hires or formerly-furloughed employees. Topics will include testing and screening for symptoms and diagnoses, social distancing strategies, discrimination risks and employee benefits issues.

Who will be presenting:
This webinar will be presented by Jason Habinsky, Matthew Deffebach and Paloma Ahmadi, who are lawyers from our Labor and Employment Practice Group.
