EPA Discusses Region 6 Enforcement Issues - Houston

Haynes and Boone, LLP is pleased to present a discussion of current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) enforcement initiatives that have broad implications for a wide range of business sectors. 

John Blevins, Director of the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division for EPA, Region 6, will discuss the real-time application of Next Generation Enforcement in the region. 

Mr. Blevins will discuss: 
  • Data mining of hazardous waste reporting and resulting enforcement actions 
  • How EPA views enhanced air monitoring under Next Generation Compliance and implications for permitting and enforcement
