The 25th Beaujolais Wine and Food Festival will celebrate the much anticipated release of the 2008 Beaujolais Nouveau Wine. The Festival has been organized in Houston on the third week of November for over twenty-five years. For the first time, chefs participated in the culinary challange will present their signature dish to win a Culinary Award for Best Appetizer, Best Entree or Best Dessert as well as a People's Choice Award.
