Issues in Executive Compensation: Governance, Disclosure and Ethics

March 02, 2010

Executive compensation issues have again found their way into the headlines, prompting a new round of legislative proposals and regulation that could affect both corporate governance and disclosure practices for public companies, starting with the upcoming reporting season.  Haynes and Boone is pleased to present this complimentary ninety minute CLE seminar to help companies navigate through the complexities of executive compensation.

  • How the compensation framework imposed on TARP banks is likely to be reflected in the larger corporate world;
  • Emerging ethics issues in executive compensation and how they affect executives and in-house counsel.

Who Should Attend:

This seminar is designed for in-house counsel, directors and executives who deal with executive compensation, corporate governance, and disclosure issues.

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.5 credit hours, of which .5 hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsiblity credit.
