The Future of U.S. Government Financial Assistance for Alternative Energy Projects

March 03, 2011

Haynes and Boone, LLP is pleased to present the next luncheon seminar in our Energy Projects Series. This program will focus on important changes in funding for U.S. alternative energy projects.

With Section 1705 Recovery Act assistance for alternative energy coming to an end later this year, the U.S. Government is fast approaching a crossroads in its involvement with alternative energy.

Our panel will seek to address questions such as:

  • What will U.S. Government assistance look like going forward?
  • How can/should the private sector respond?
  • How are the major sectors of the alternative energy industry affected by U.S. Government policies toward alternative energy?
  • How will the venture capital and banking communities respond?

Moderator
