Sencenbaugh said both attendance and morale have been up since the move into the new downtown location in late December.
"With the end of the pandemic, you have people coming back to the office more, so we wanted to make the office more of a destination," Sencenbaugh said. "For the redesign, we wanted to do a lot of glass, a lot more natural light and more open spaces to give us a more inviting and collaborative space for our employees."
Another benefit is the building is next to the scenic 10-mile Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail.
"I go out there and run on the trail all the time, and we have lots of other folks that do that as well in the office," he said.
