Haynes and Boone Head of International Arbitration Melanie Willems authored a chapter titled “Hearings, Witnesses and Tribunal-Appointed Experts” in the sixth edition of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) International Arbitration Review.
The publication is the pre-eminent journal dedicated to helping international arbitration practitioners and academics to identify and better understand trends, developments, and procedural issues relating to arbitration in the Arab world as seen from an Arab perspective.
