As many employers have now transitioned from the planning phase to the implementation phase of the reopening of the workplace, employers face a new round of employment-related challenges associated with having employees back at work. Haynes and Boone recently presented Parts 1 and 2 of a webinar series on this topic and is now presenting a third, complimentary webinar to address additional issues and challenges employers now face as well as the best practices for employers to both avoid and navigate pandemic-related litigations, investigations and complaints.
