PRESENTATION MATERIALS
Haynes Boone presented a program that addressed strategies for FY 2017 cap-subject H-1B filings as well as describe alternatives to the H-1B visa category on February 4 in Houston, TX. The filing period for H-1B petitions for fiscal year 2017 begins on April 1, 2016. Employers who plan to submit cap-subject H-1B petitions will spend the next several months preparing the submissions to go out in early April.
