Customer Loyalty Programs: What Works - What Doesn't

In today?s economic environment, it is even more critical to build loyalty with your current customers. It seems that we are all in share war with someone, and we need tools to help win that share war. The right loyalty program can help the cause. Why does loyalty matter? Loyal customers typically:

  • Have emotional equity in a brands and we become their first choice.
  • Look to us to solve their needs/problems
  • Discuss your offering - not your prices
  • Advocate "their" brand to others
  • Learn key principles of building a successful program and understand some of the watch outs!
