Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) webinar that provides information on the ever-changing nature of employment law.

Worker safety and compliance with OSHA rules and regulations are critical parts of day-to-day business for most companies.  

Join Matt Deffebach and Mini Kapoor, members of Haynes Boone's OSHA and Workplace Disasters Practice Group,  for a practical discussion and update about the latest trends in both OSHA compliance and enforcement regarding various health and safety topics, including what your organization needs to know now under the Biden Administration.  They will also report on issues presented during the annual meeting of the OSHA subcommittee of the American Bar Association where key government officials discussed the 2023 plans and goals of the agency.
