Greg Abbot to the First Business Court Division in Dallas after serving a decade on the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals and will be talking with us about rules in his court, what lawyers can expect from the new system, processes they should follow to assure cases are filed in the new business courts, and more broadly, learnings from the past several months the courts have been open.
