Speakers:
Kit Addleman, Haynes Boone LLP (Dallas), is a former Director of the SEC?s Regional Office in Atlanta and former Associate Director for Enforcement in both the Atlanta and Fort Worth offices. She is the most senior SEC official now in private practice in the South and has more than 20 years of experience in SEC enforcement.
David Siegal, Haynes Boone (New York), is a former Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force prosecutor in the criminal division of the United States Attorney?s Office, Southern District of New York , where he spent 10 years investigating and prosecuting a wide variety of securities and other white collar fraud schemes.
Moderator:
Taylor Wilson, Haynes Boone LLP (Dallas), is Chair of the firm?s Investment Fund Practice Group. He counsels investment advisers for funds, including providing advice regarding portfolio management activities and compliance practices and is considered an authority on corporate/securities, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
