Haynes Boone invites you to Trial Tips From the Judiciary, a quarterly series of one-hour CLE webinars. Trial Tips From the Judiciary features current and former trial judges from around the country discussing tips on various aspects of trial law and trial advocacy.

The second CLE in this series will feature Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York Hon. Timothy Driscoll. Judge Driscoll has a highly esteemed judicial career and is currently serving in the Nassau County Commercial Division, as well as the Appellate Term for the 9th and 10th Judicial Districts. He also serves as adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School and a teaching team member at the Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Workshop.
