October 08, 2025

Haynes Boone invites you to Trial Tips From the Judiciary, a quarterly series of one-hour CLE webinars. Trial Tips From the Judiciary features current and former trial judges from around the country discussing tips on various aspects of trial law and trial advocacy.

In the fourth CLE in this series, Victor Vital will lead an insightful conversation with the Honorable Meghan A. Adams and the Honorable Patricia A. Winston, offering trial lawyers a rare opportunity for direct access to the bench's perspective. This discussion will explore what judges find most effective in the courtroom, common advocacy mistakes to avoid, and key lessons learned from their experiences presiding over complex business and commercial disputes. Attendees will gain practical, behind-the-scenes insights into judicial expectations and courtroom strategy that can elevate their approach to litigation.
