Trial Tips From the Judiciary - January 2025

Haynes Boone invites you to Trial Tips From the Judiciary, a quarterly series of one-hour CLE webinars. Trial Tips From the Judiciary features current and former trial judges from around the country discussing tips on various aspects of trial law and trial advocacy.

The first CLE in this series features the Hon. Heather A. Welch (Ret.), who will share her thoughts on voir dire and jury selection. Judge Welch, currently with JAMS and an elected member of the American Law Institute, served with distinction for over two decades on the Marion Superior Court (Indianapolis), including almost eight years as an Indiana business court judge.

CLE:

Texas: This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.0 credit hours.

New York: This transitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 1.0 credit hour, of which 1.0 credit hour can be applied toward the Areas of Professional Practice requirement. For Experienced and/or Newly Admitted Attorneys. Format approved for Newly Admitted.

California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 credit hour.

Illinois: This course is approved with the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois in the amount of 1.0 credit hour.

Colorado: An application for this program is pending.
