Larry B. Pascal, the chairman of the Americas Practice Group, has extensive experience advising multinational companies with their investments throughout Latin America and the Caribbean (more than 35 jurisdictions). He also has served as adjunct professor at SMU Dedman School of Law and University of Texas at Dallas - Graduate School of Business. He was recently appointed to chair a Texas Supreme Court task force on international law. Mr. Pascal was recognized in Chambers Latin America 2011 as one of the leading practitioners in the country for Latin American Mergers and Acquisitions, and by Latin Lawyer 250 in 2010.

Dwayne House is a founder and currently is also the managing director for ProAg Brasil, an investment advisory firm and asset manager for agri-business, infrastructure and natural resource investment opportunities in Brazil. Dwayne has over 18 years of international transactional experience in Latin America and Europe including the creation, management and monitoring of more than $1.0 billion of transactions in Latin America. Industry experience includes agri-business, cable, media, technology, telecommunications and tourism. His capital market experience includes financings in public debt/equity, private equity, project financing and restructurings. Dwayne has served as a senior executive and led the strategic development, operations, and financing activities in ventures in 6 countries in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile and Peru. He has been responsible for overseeing significant capital deployments and the launching of projects in over 100 markets throughout Latin America. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies including VTR S.A, MVS Net S.A, EGO S.A, UIH Argentina and its CATV subsidiaries and multiple other companies.

Dave Tomizuka has more than 16 years of investment banking, private equity and executive management experience. Prior to joining SWS Group, he was President of Valley-Dynamo, LLC (a division of Brunswick Corporation), a Texas-based manufacturer of commercial and consumer recreation products where he led the restructuring and eventual sale of the company to a strategic buyer. He has also held senior leadership positions at firms in the Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors, where he completed acquisitions, divestitures and financings as an executive officer in both the U.S. and Latin America. Dave's transaction experience includes mergers & acquisitions; equity, high yield and syndicated senior bank debt offerings; and equity, mezzanine and distressed debt investments totaling over $2 billion.
