Managing Intellectual Property has named Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Purvi Patel Albers among the Top 250 Women in IP in 2022.
For the Top 250 Women in IP list, Managing Intellectual Property recognizes senior female IP practitioners in private practice, from more than 30 jurisdictions worldwide, who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year.
Albers is a member of the firm’s board of directors and serves as trusted adviser and counsel to Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures on the management of their valuable brand investments. Her primary practice focus includes: U.S. and foreign trademark clearance, protection and enforcement strategy; U.S. and foreign trademark and internet enforcement, including oppositions, cancellations and Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings (UDRP) disputes; social media counseling and enforcement; and copyright, trade dress, non-traditional trademark, and customs counseling and enforcement.
