Brad Lavender Admitted to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Brad Lavender, a partner and co-chair of Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Real Estate Practice Group, has been elected as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Brad is one of only four lawyers in New York to be elected as a Fellow in 2023.

ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL's distinguished, nationally known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Brad has almost 30 years of experience representing clients in all areas of real estate and real estate finance, including joint ventures, sales, acquisitions, ground leases, loan and preferred equity originations, restructurings, development transactions and space leases. He is also co-chair of the national Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Brad’s clients include private equity funds, publicly traded REITs, closely held real estate companies, foreign investors and local developers.
