The Dallas Regional Chamber has selected Haynes and Boone, LLP Counsel Darwin Bruce as a member of the 2020 class of Leadership Dallas, the premier leadership development program in Dallas area.
Leadership Dallas fosters a diverse group of leaders through an intensive curriculum that explores critical issues and creates positive change in the Dallas community.
“The Leadership Dallas Class of 2020 was selected based on each individual’s commitment to community and high potential for leadership,” said Dale Petroskey, President and CEO of the Dallas Regional Chamber.

Bruce is a business leader, author, speaker, and corporate lawyer with extensive domestic and international experience in business organization, strategic planning, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses on middle market mergers and acquisitions transactions. He works with entrepreneurs, business executives, and other leaders in their quest to manage all matters affecting the corporate structure, strategic planning, and operations of their organizations.
In addition to being Counsel at Haynes and Boone, LLP, Bruce is the president and CEO of Capital Market Ventures, LLC, a mergers and acquisitions and business strategy advisory services company located in Dallas.
